Tournament Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The tournament is open to Boys 13U and 14U teams only.
- Players must meet the age requirement of being 14 years old or younger as of the tournament date.
Registration:
- Teams must complete the registration form and provide accurate and complete information.
- Tournament fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure a spot in the tournament.
Tournament Format:
- The tournament will follow an eight-team tournament-style format.
- The schedule, game rules, and format will be communicated to the participating teams prior to the tournament.
- The tournament organizers reserve the right to modify the format or schedule if necessary.
Code of Conduct:
- All participants, including players, coaches, and spectators, are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, physical altercations, or disrespectful conduct, will not be tolerated.
- Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including disqualification from the tournament.
Liability and Insurance:
- Participating teams are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
- The tournament organizers and venue will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the tournament.
Photography and Media:
- The tournament organizers may capture photographs, videos, or other media during the event.
- By participating in the tournament, teams grant permission for their team and players’ images to be used for promotional purposes.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- In the event of tournament cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the tournament organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund the registration fees.
- No refunds will be provided for teams that withdraw from the tournament after the registration deadline.
Disputes and Decisions:
- The tournament organizers’ decisions regarding any disputes, rule interpretations, or other matters related to the tournament are final.
By participating in the tournament, teams and participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
